I’m here to help you tap into your strengths, reclaim your power, and create meaningful change. In a safe, supportive space, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and work toward a future rooted in resilience and self-compassion.

    I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Mississippi State University and my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I’ve worked with people of all ages and walks of life, each with their own story. While I have experience treating OCD and anxiety, my true passion is helping people heal from trauma. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and also use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-informed approaches to support your healing in a way that’s grounded, flexible, and personalized. I believe therapy should meet you where you are—shaped around your needs, your pace, and what works best for you.

  • Rates

    $150 per 50 minute session.

    I am in network with most Aetna, Cigna, and Optum health insurance plans, as well as Optum EAP.

    Super Bills can be provided to you if you would like to submit your own claims and utilize your Out of Network benefits.

As your therapist, I’ll meet you where you are and support your growth. You don’t have to do this alone — healing happens through connection, respect, and support.

While I support clients with OCD and anxiety, my true passion is helping people heal from trauma. I’m trained in EMDR and also draw from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based tools to support your growth. Therapy should meet you where you are — personalized to your story, your needs, your pace, and what feels most right for you.

I know how difficult it can be to start — or restart — therapy, so we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll support and gently challenge you in ways that encourage meaningful growth while honoring your process.
